Carrier: We mainly use Colissimo (La Poste) with tracking for secure home delivery.

Shipping Fees: Free in metropolitan France for orders over €30.

Delivery Zones: France, European Union, and United Kingdom.

Note for the UK: Customs duties or import taxes may be applied upon entry into British territory, at the buyer's expense.

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns for all our customers (France, Europe, and the UK).

Withdrawal Period: You have 14 calendar days after receiving your package to request a return.

Return Conditions: For hygiene and safety reasons, products (oils, soaps, treatments) must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unused.
