Aleppo Premium Soap with Nigella Oil

Why nigella?

Known as “the Gold of the Pharaohs”, nigella seed (Nigella sativa) has been used in skincare since antiquity. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants, its oil is valued for its soothing, purifying and regenerating properties.

Here it is not a last-minute addition: it is saponified together with olive oil and laurel berry oil, following the traditional Aleppo method.

What this soap does — and what it does not

It cleanses without stripping. No sulphates, no synthetic surfactants: the skin does not feel tight after rinsing. It soothes the discomfort caused by dryness and helps reduce the look of blemishes on blemish-prone skin.

It contains no fragrance, no preservative, no colourant, no palm oil and no EDTA — nothing that could wake up already reactive skin.

This is a cosmetic, not a medicine: it does not treat any skin condition. On broken skin or under dermatological treatment, ask your doctor first.

Application

As a cleanser: apply to damp skin, massage and rinse. Face, body and hands.

As a purifying mask: leave on for 2 minutes then rinse. Once a week.

As a shampoo: rub directly onto wet hair, then rinse thoroughly.

Between uses, let the bar dry on a draining soap dish.

Precautions

Avoid contact with the eyes. On reactive skin, a patch test on the inner elbow 24 hours before first use is recommended.
