Application

Skin care: add a few drops to a cream, gel, vegetable oil or shampoo.

Well-being: put 2-3 drops on half a sugar cube or under the tongue to relieve motion sickness.

Headaches: massage the temples with 2-3 drops of essential oil, avoiding the eye area.

In the atmosphere: add a few drops to a diffuser and leave for a while.
