Loyalty vouchers from our former loyalty programme, which has since ended, are valid until 31 Jan 2027 inclusive. After that date, they can no longer be used.
These vouchers had no end date: we are now setting one and informing their holders more than three months in advance, by e-mail and on this page.
To use your voucher:
- Log in to your account on alepia.com (lost password: use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page)
- Find your code and its amount in the "Vouchers" section of your account
- Enter this code in the "promo code" box of your cart: the amount is deducted from your order
The voucher is personal and can be used with no minimum purchase. If your order is lower than the voucher amount, the remainder is carried over to a new voucher, also valid until 31 Jan 2027.
