Mathusalep — The Last Great Vintage of Aleppo
There are rare years when the ancestral art of Aleppo soap reaches its pinnacle. 2011 was one of them. Beneath a still-peaceful sky, before history took its turn, master soapmakers in Aleppo handcrafted a unique batch of soap, following a millennia-old tradition. This treasure has been patiently preserved ever since.
Mathusalep, vintage 2011, now stands as a precious witness to a bygone era. Slowly matured over more than a decade, it reveals a deep, fruity, and ripe fragrance — a tribute to the noble olive and laurel oils from which it was born.
Alepia is the sole guardian of this vintage. These are the final remnants of a golden age.
An exceptional soap, for connoisseurs who recognize the greatness of rare years.
