Rhassoul

Rhassoul, or washing clay, is a saponiferous clay from the Atlas Mountains in Morocco that has been used for generations to cleanse the body and hair.

It is used to wash the skin and hair, and is part of the traditional hammam treatment.

Containing no surfactants, the washing action is achieved by adsorption of impurities and fats. The hydrolipidic film of the skin is thus preserved from any aggression.

Recommended for all skin types.

Application

Add an equal amount of water to the rhassoul.

Mix with water to obtain a fluid consistency then apply to the skin and scalp and massage. Leave on for 1 to 5 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
