Soap nuts
The soap nuts come from the Sapindus Mukorossi, also called the soap tree. They grow in India and Nepal. Indians have been using these nuts for centuries to wash themselves or as a natural detergent.
The soap nuts contain saponin, a natural soap that gives this shell extraordinary washing properties. The saponin dissolves when in contact with water and releases a 100% natural, biodegradable, ecological and economical detergent.
After use, the laundry comes out soft, its colors are preserved but it is not perfumed, so you can customize the scent of your laundry with the essential oil of your choice.
